Alfie Meadows in Court

It's sometime now since I mentioned the case of Alfie Meadows, the student who was struck down by police during the protests following the UK Coalition government's decision to make university funding dependent directly upon student revenue alone in many subjects. Subsequently to sustaining his injuries, Alfie Meadows was charged by the police for offences allegedly committed by him during the course of the demonstration and his case has now come to court.
